Review ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Are you tired of hearing the same brutal death metal sonorities? Fear not ‘cause I believe that the new opus from the Swedes Anata will solve your problem... at least for now! I mean this is brutal Death metal to the core with fresh new elements to tear you sould apart! Some impressive guitar riffs and great song structures is what makes “Under a Stone With No Inscription” to stand out among the herd of sheeps! I don’t know if this is the logical step after the brutal album “Dreams Of Death And Dismay”, but one thing I’m sure the new album exceeded all my expectations, I mean the balance between melody, originality, brutality and rhythmic changes is almost perfect. With a new drummer (Conny Petersson) and under a different label (previously under Season Of Mist) I’m sure that Anata increased their inner strength and the proove of this is their new album which is by far one of the best Death Metal releases coming out on the latest months!
